Then you should set Rex up to use a Binkley style outbound in Files, paths & 
programs -> Mailer setup.  You'll also have to make sure you have the right 
address as your primary address in Rex.  (From the looks of your outbound, 
it's neither your Fidonet, nor your FamilyNet (? zone 8) address.)

You might also want to consider posting these messages in IREX instead of here, 
since they're a bit more relevant there.  :)
