I don't know how "file not found" applies in your case: I just call the OS/2 system call (DosLoadModule), and if it works great, if not, there's not much I can do about it. "File not found" may be the OS's internal way of returning an error code when nothing appropriate matches. Most people have found a way around the problem: I don't know the specifics of what causes it. I've found that once I suggest upgrading MPTS, the problem report goes away.
