I have a bug that I have been unable to track down for the last year - 

I use the current IBM / ATTGLOBAL.NET   dialer   to connect my BBS  to the 
internet  and it   regualrly and randomly locks up.  the symptom is the 
desktop (dialer widows  freeze  just before the connection witndow should  go 
away.  The mouse will still move arround , and  SOUPER  or any other package 
connecting to the net can stilll be seen running or scrolling on its own 
window.  but when it ends the dialer wont hang up and cant be accessed or the 
another window selected  - only way out is to reboot OS2. no other program 
locks up the desktop in this way 

any suggestions  as to a cause or fix

I am on warp vers 3  XR0W036  using TCPDIAL at the current OS2 version level
