The Husky project provides portable fidonet software for Linux, OS/2, Windows 
and other platforms.

Today we have released hpt 0.9.7b-stable. This is a drop-in bugfix replacement 
for hpt 0.9.7(a)-stable, fixing problems with message linking especially for 
Squish areas and also some other bugs. If you already use any 0.9.7 stable 
version of hpt, you can easily replace the old versions with the new ones, 
without having to recompile any libraries or even changing your configuration 
file.

Note that while we only provide binaries for OS/2 and Win32 presently, Husky 
can very easily be compiled on other platforms like Linux, FreeBSD, Tru64 Unix, 
BeOS and even DOS (with DJGPP).
