Hello world!

The Husky project provides portable fidonet software for Linux, OS/2, Windows 
and other platforms. Following up our last release from July, we now provide a 
maintenance release of our software. This maintenance release is made from the 
stable development branch and ONLY contains bug fixes, but no new features. 
This means you can easily replace the old verisons with the new ones, but it 
also means you won't get new features or big behaviour changes. This does not 
mean that no new features have been developed, it just means they are not 
included in this maintenance release. This maintenance release mainly includes:

- Bug fixes for JAM handling (esp. linking in JAM areas).
- Misc. bug fixes for hpt and nltools.
- Support for compiling Husky on BeOS R5.

Note that while we only provide binaries for OS/2 and Win32 presently, Husky 
can very easily be compiled on other platforms like Linux, FreeBSD, Tru64 Unix, 
BeOS and even DOS (with DJGPP).

Installation instructions:
  - form source: file INSTALL in the Huskybse package. DO READ THIS FILE.
