That's exactly what I've been doing.  What I'm telling you is that VMODEM does 
not properly handle the "-" in the number.  Here it can only use a period "." 
for the demark in the 'dialer' address as in 208.180.150.155 and not 
208-180-150-155, which it cannot do.

Thus, unless you convert the NodeList somehow from "-" to "." where needed for 
VMODEM, it won't work and doesn't here.
