TopicX, which has already been suggested, will work if you can handle one TXT 
file that contains multiple messages that meet the filter criteria.  If you 
need message-by-message processing, then you might try to locate an old copy of 
SQFILTER, by Rapha‰l Vanney.  His SQTOOL was a rewrite of SQFILTER, after he 
lost the source to SQFILTER in a disk crash.  SQTOOL got new features, but 
unfortunately didn't retain =all= of the old ones from SQFILTER.
