Thats exactly what I do here. I have a CRON that triggers many different events 
and one of those events forces Binkely to exit with a specific errorlevel that 
starts the PPP session. This uses the BTEXITnn.tt flag file method, nn is the 
error level (in Hex) you wish Binkley to use, tt = task number. EG BTEXT14.01 
is exit task 1 with errorlevel 20 (equivalent to F2 key).
