When I was running Adept I just set InJoy for DialonDemand mode. It would 
initialize the modem, and then just sit there. Mean while, Adept deals with 
inbound/outbound FTSC calls, and when it's time to hit the net, Adept does a 
simple tcp/ip connect attmept. Injoy flags that and dials out. Then when The 
event is done, Adept re-initializes the modem, forcing it to hangup. InJoy 
notices this and returns to Dial on Demand mode.

BBBS isn't that bad when you get the hang of it. It just takes patience. 
There's a ton of sysops who would be more than happy to help you out if you 
went over to the bbbs.english echo. Myself included.
