It's neither a laser nor an inkjet, it's a dot matrix printer. <G>

I am going to try Bat's suggestion; I discovered the entire list of Epson ESC/2 
codes (FX series, which is what this printer emulates).  I'm working on writing 
my own printing unit for Pascal and I'll write the correct viewer for text 
files like that too.
