yes but how many resources does an ANSI driver really take? a few k maybe? ;)

yes... but like i said, if you want or need it available in all sessions, not 
both sides of the fence (dos and os/2) but all DOS sessions for example, then 
you can simply list it in config.sys and it'll be available any time...
