Hi Rich,

Not yet.  I am downloading InnoTek GCC for OS/2 so I can give it a shot
and see what happens.

If it is a serial connect, have you tried UPSMON
(http://home.att.net/~lpainfo/uppsmonitor.html)?  I used it when I had
an UPS directly connected, but now I need to be able to get the UPS info
over the network which is why I am looking at apcupsd.  I am not sure if
you could coax UPSMON into working with a USB connect though.
