CT4700 Sound Blaster PCI 128
CT4810 CT 4810 Vibra PCI 128, is all I found on the cards.

I have an adage if it ain't broke don't fix it,  My ancient machine runs fine 
with this setup, and am afraid to make too many drastic changes.
