I would still strongly recomend that you at least run one of the INI file 
programs to identify if something is corrupting it during the install. Also, 
document the PROCESS you follow to do the install and at which point the error 
appears. There is a reason for that error, you just need to find it, because 
its probably causing your key issue as well...
