I installed it and it would not launch.  I had installed the extra software
necessary.  It gave no error message.  I finally decided to try Opera
instead.  The OS/2 version is 2 or 3 versions behind, but it seems to work.
I don't plan to use it much... just for when someone included a URL in a
BBS message.
