When activated, it 'appears' to try to 'fire' but then stops promptly,
with no feedback at all. If done from the command line all you see is:

[command prompt]firefox.exe <Enter>

[command prompt]
-------< cut here >-
No action and not a clue. So that's what it's "doing/not doing?".
