Mike,

Are you trying to install it or is it installed and wont launch??
I went nuts trying to install IWB 2.0.5.  It ran a few seconds & shut down.
It was on a test box.  I forgot it needed gcc322.dll and libc04.dll (or 
libc05.dll) in \OS2\DLL directory.

Long shot anyway
