If you don't have an updated version of Warp 4, HG> don't install more than 64 Mb RAM for the installation. My MoBo BIOS Feature Setup does have an "OS Select For DRAM >64MB" setting. The current default setting is 'Non-OS2' and, of course, the other setting is 'OS2'. I've been lead to believe that with the installation of OS/2 Warp 4, the DRAM setting should not be an issue and that I can probably leave it set to the current default -- Non-OS2. There seems to be a lot of conflicting opinions in this regards and I could appreciate a definitive answer. HG> Also, don't format more than 2 Gb of the HD before the installation. This may be the reason that it took me seven hours before I gave up. What are your recommendations of how I should partition this HDD and what file format? The HDD is set at Cable Select and is in the Master position of the IDE-0. I have a CD-ROM set at Cable Select and is in the Slave position of the IDE-0. The Master and Slave positions of IDE-1 are currently empty, but I can insert a tray that holds a MS-DOS v6.22 (WfW 3.11) - 3GB or a tray that holds Windows 98 Second Edition - 6.18GB... That's going to be sometime in the distant future because I have to get the OS installed first and then I'll be asking where I might locate the Fix Paks... :-))) Thanks ... Gerald ....
