I think all but the last appeared in the base USB package - the last may have - but it's been so long and so many packages back that I can't be sure what appeared from where on some of this stuff. The first one is a driver for your specific host controller - most likely USBUHCI.SYS or USBOHCI.SYS (which is determined by the controller chip set you have). Newer USB 2.0 stuff will likely want USBEHCI.SYS, which came only in some later updates to the USB stuff. The second driver is the "human interface" driver while the third is the Hub controller driver, as shown. These two are common to all flavors. The last is a fairly recent update, AIR. You also need the a couple of .add drivers for mass storage and CDROM use (USBMSD.ADD and USBCDROM.ADD) plus device driver for the printer (USBPRT.SYS) and for the mouse (USBMOUSE.SYS) if you use one. AIR there are some others, especially one for the USB keyboard if used. These might all work under FP9, but I would not be surprised if they required FP13+ (where the WSeB and Warp 4 kernals were merged). Best I can tell, mine were installed when I installed MCP1 - about FP 15 level or so.
