Subj : IDEDASD updated disk 1

I'm having problems installing OS/2 Warp 3 Connect with an updated disk 1. I 
updated disk 1 with the IDEDASD package. When installation reached disk 1, I 
get a "cannot copy from disk 1" error. What could be wrong? I followed the 
instructions very well.
