Hello all.

I run into a peculiar bug from time-to-time on one of my boxes (W4.52
fp3).  The mouse cursor action is somehow "visually offset" to the
left of the button or box you're pointing to.  Example:

                               Position of mouse cursor
                               |
                               |
                          X    X
           radio button 1/ |    \radio button 2
                           |
                           Position of mouse's "action"

If the "radio buttons" are closer together, the wrong one will be
activated.

Screen resolution, either 800x600 or 1024x768 (makes no difference).
SNAP graphics 3.x driver, MS standard PS/2 mouse.  Reboot generally
clears the problem, which may reappear later on... or not.

Any clues as to what's the culprit?
