I preferred Xtree Gold, and for >OS/2 there is Ztree Bold. Comes in OS/2 (ZtreeBold) and Win (ZtreeWin) versions To be honest, I did not use many programs such as that, because I found it easier to get to the CLI and do what I wanted. I know it is technically as easy as clicking an icon under OS/2 (and Win9x), but working from the CLI never seems to work quite like it did. I did use SHEZ some in that manner, under DOS, though. I should have also mentioned "or like Midnight Commander" that comes with Debian. ;-) I like it a lot, too. For X, I sometimes use konqueror or gentoo. > MP> I am used to the Explorer that comes with > MP> 95/98, and not the newer, flashier ones, if that means anything. ;-) > > They are all pretty UN-flashy to me... IMHO there is too much of > this mouse crap around, I much prefer using the keyboard... I cannot find an option to set all drives (or even one drive) to default as "open as list." I do like how that works, though, better than the default. Mike --- * SLMR 2.1a * "Mmmmmmmm.....chocolate." --- GTMail 1.26 * Origin: Kentucky's Capitol City Online * 502/875-8938 (1:2320/105.0) .
