You have to use OS/2 Fdisk (or FiskPM) to create the Bootmanager partition. Is it as simple as marking a partition on the new drive MP> as BOOT MANAGER in FDISK? Almost... you cannot set an existing partition to be BM, you must create the partition as BM from scratch. You get no choice, it allocates 1 entire CYLINDER by default, however it only really uses about 1 sector of the disk.
