 JZ> You don't need to clear your hard disk. Changing the 
 JZ> access mode will effectively garble all data on the 
 JZ> disk. You will need to repartition the drive and 
 JZ> restore your backup after switching to LBA mode.

Thanks again. I need info on how to make OS/2 use LBA mode though. When my hard 
disk is set to LBA and I run fdisk from OS/2 Warp 3 Connect, I don't get the 
proper disk space available. Should I use a different fdisk? I can use the one 
on Slackware Linux, though I don't know if this is a good idea. BTW, the hard 
disk is a 4.2 GB Seagate hard disk.
