I'd think it would.

Myself, since I run an OS/2-native BBS, I use the P protocol-it's specially 
written for OS/2 (not a port).  I can get up to 35k/s using ZModem on downloads 
(I've checked my logs).  Simply amazing stuff.

But back to your problem-use fdsz and things should be fine.

If you've installed SIO of any kind, chances are good that you've installed the 
fossil.  Check your CONFIG.SYS line for DEVICE=x:\SIO\VX00.SYS.
