I have an older copy of Bigelow's "Troubleshooting, Maintaining and Reparing PCs" (mine's 5th Edition). It even references OS/2. :) Aside from the direct Windows stuff (Microsoft was a founding member of CompTIA), it's still well worth it IMNSHO for people that want to work in the field to get. All of the other tests aren't so Windows-oriented as the second A+ test. Network+ certainly isn't, and I don't think Linux+ is either.
