Check out their free practice exams (you have to register, but just a logon 
name and password - it's only to help track your test scores).  It's what I 
used.

For the second part, I kinda got caught with my pants down-90% of the questions 
on the OS part are all about XP.  Of course, since I don't use XP (I use W2K), 
I had to shoot in the dark a little, but I came out with a good score 
nonetheless.
