I have that tool (Peter Moylan gave it to me), however, it wasn't complete when 
it was sent out.  I have to set up the CGI correctly (and I'll do it tonight or 
tomorrow).  This is a real INF file.  You need to use VIEW or NewView under 
OS/2 to get that (I have a tool to view it under Windows).
