I solved that one 2 ways - 1. I use the OS/2 replication facility to "back up" data to another OS/2 machine across the LAN. This runs continuously and anything written/updated/ or removed from important areas of the BBS gets copied within about 15 mins. This totals abut 5GB of data... 2. At the start of each month I run an automatic ZIP archive of the critical BBS stuff (the ZIP is abut 10MB), and the output of that gets backed up via the above process...
