Thanks to those who answered me earlier query. I never knew shutting down OS/2 
from a remote Linux box will be difficult. :(

I have another question. How do you apply fix paks to OS/2 Warp 3 without 
resorting to booting diskettes? I'm currently using Fix Pak Assist. Is it a 
good program or would you recommend something else? I must confess that this is 
the first time I'm applying fixpaks. Back in the mid-90s, I operate OS/2 
without them. It didn't turn out so bad then. But now I want to patch all 
workable y2k issues so I want to apply fixpaks.
