I can't even use vi myself, I know that :quit and :!quit are used to 
quit with and without saving. ;)

    Why don't you use VDE anyway? WordWrap is the least minimum of 
decence.

Well in my full setup I have mcedit (Midnight Commander), joe, vi, ex 
(or Elvis) and a couple of others I barely uses.

    Slackware setup is divided in package, but you can choose what 
programs you wan't to install from that package.
