and I've never heard of a .vbs opening automatically in Outlook either. user 
intervention required at all times.

nope. nobody has ever been able to tell me which version # was supposedly 
capable of this. of all the versions of OLE I've seen/used, one can 
preview/open the email without danger. The default settings require you to make 
3 clicks to open the email, or one click if you change the defaults (which is 
unlikely to have been the case)

that's a pretty crappy analogy.

activex is disabled quite easily.. the installer was either uninformed or just 
had his own agenda.
