Okay folks unless we get 5 messages this month this echo will be dropped on
July 7th.  Its up to you whether or not this echo continues.  I understand
there are 2 OSDEBATE echos and if you want we can just merge this one in with
the other and delete this echo?  Let me know your thoughts and meanwhile I'll
discuss this possibility with the other moderator.
