I think the arguement over whether or not Windows will dominate, OS/2 will 
dominate, Mac will dominate, Amiga will crawl out from under it's rock, etc. 
has been pretty much settled by cold hard reality.

OTOH, if you need an audience to rant, OSDEBATE (this is OS-DEBATE) is being 
gated into a private 'tech' newsgroup, and is pretty active.
