   opened up.   I see above that you said Win98.   I tested it in WinME,
   but doubt that should matter.   Perhaps someone else can test it in

   That was one of the suggestions from long ago when Bluewave was
   active and people were searching for editors to use with it.  It is a
   better editor than what comes with BlueWave, and it is freeware.
