  I assume you mean Shannon Talley's BBS.   I contact it using the
  address telnet.fidotel.com, which tonight equated to 207.68.49.226.
  Last time I got it (several weeks ago) the last two numbers were
  different.   I assume that he is using a dynamic DNS number, and if
  the one I have does not work, I use another window to do a "ping" to
  telnet.fidotel.com and record the number it has today.

  BTW, I believe that Shannon is Navy and at sea at present.
