The one I'm on about, started life somewhere about 3 - 4 years ago in Germany from a guy called Harald Brinkman. He wanted something similar to Terminate, but GUI for Windows9x use. But instead of giving it a terminal mode, he gave it an E-mail and Newsgroup Client mode. Interesting development.
