If you want it THAT detailed, Charles, the connection to the internet may very well cost SOMETHING but from that point on, the connection to as many BBSs as you wish, for as long as you wish, in every possible corner of the world are FREE from ADDED CHARGES. Try comparing that to plain copper dial-up BBSing to the same BBSs (which is what we were doing). Geesh....
