Please be aware that I'm not responsible for any Fido-based distribution of the files. I don't even know who puts them out there, and they don't tell me when they're doing it. (I wish they would.) But you don't have to come to the web site to find out when there's a new version. The most reliable way is to sign up for the MultiMail Announce List, which is an Internet email list where I post announcements about MultiMail -- almost all of which are new version notices. An alternative is SourceForge's file tracking system, which sends out an automatic email notice when one of the "file modules" (e.g., MMDOS) is updated. You can sign up for either or both of these at the web site. Failing that, I post announcements to the following Fido echos: BLUEWAVE, LINUX, UNIX, SHAREWARE, and of course, here in OFFLINE. I also post to the Usenet newsgroups comp.bbs.misc, alt.usenet.offline-reader, and comp.os.linux.announce, though the announcements in the last one typically show up a few days late due to moderator lag. I upload files to SunSite and Hobbes, as well as SourceForge. All other distribution is handled by others, outside my control and mostly outside my knowledge. I wonder on how many other boards that occurred? :-/ Still, it's good to know that they're talking about MultiMail. :-) ....
