No, you were the second. But I suspect most people wouldn't report it for
the same reason I hadn't noticed it myself: they never look at the dates of
the reply packets, and the bug doesn't actually affect anything. (The first
person to write me about it was having unrelated problems with his reply
packets, which is how he came to notice it.)
