Perhaps, but I use a different way that works for me:  

Terminate tosses PKT's to JAM for TerMail
OMX converts the JAM to BW format
Then, I use the reverse to create a PKT for u/l'ing.

The only drawback is that OMX cannot be registered.  There's
some features I'd like to use but I can't, as the author has
disappeared.

Unless someone happens to know how to find Martin Pollard....
