Hi, William.  I used Word, and before that Word Perfect, for quite 
some time with Blue Wave.  Rather than cut and paste, you set up a batch 
program that pauses the OLR, then load, edit, and save with Word, 
then let the OLR resume.  I've never tried it with MultiMail, but I 
imagine it would work.
