I only have OE 4.x, but I would expect setting up the email groups to be very 
similar.  Open the OE mailer.  Click on FILE (the leftmost option) in OE, and 
then select "ADDRESS BOOK..".  When it opens, you should see a graphical option 
for "New Group".   Click on that, and generate the group by giving it a Name, 
then you can begin selecting the names you want to "Add" to the group.
