As far as I can tell, you can't assign addresses by group or name a 
group and assign several addresses.  To do what you wish, you need a 
copy of OUTLOOK 97/98/2000.

Outlook allows multiple addresses by contact or group as it uses folders 
instead of simple single contacts.  I may be wrong about not being able 
to do it and if so, someone will respond with the solution.
