Excellent !!!

Our Government Departments here have discovered that installing a
voicemail system is a wonderful way of fobbing off those in need of
their help.

The Inland Revenue is world-famous in New Zealand (stolen from a local
advertisment, sorry) for providing endless options that eventually dump
you out into a disconnection - NO MATTER how carefully you pick your
way.

And to make sure you have use it,  the locate your personal file at some
town and office at the other end of the country.

Us NZers tend to H A T E vociemail systems,  accordingly.

Having a tame duck or somesuch could be an excellent way to recapture
the disaffected consumer for some organisations.

Wonderful idea...
