You are not going to get an objective answer to that one. <g>  My 
subjective response:  The OLMR I'm currently using.

Works with Win9X, NT, and the latest GUI's from MS.  Survived Y2K.
Very configurable (color, replies, taglines, etc.).

Downside:  No longer being developed, and is only 16bit.  I believe it 
can still be registered by contacting the owner.
