Hmmm... I don't know web discussion groups although I can guess
at mailing lists. There are many mysteries of the internet that I
have yet to figure out.

And so far none of the browsers I've used (Netscape, Opera,
Arachne) will load the newsgroups properly on my computer, so
I've seen very little of them...
