Subject: Telix and Telnet for downloading BW packets via Internet

I'm using telnet to go to an Internet BBS and want to download Bluewave
packets from there using ZModem.  Since I use Telix as my BBS comms.
program, and according to the Telix documentation one can use Telix as a
telnet client I have tried to perform this download.

So far no luck!

Details on how to setup phone book, etc. are sketchy... having followed what
I think is correct, I end up with modem problems but no telnet connection
[:-(]

BTW, prior to trying the TeIix telnet session I  had already connected to my
ISP using Win98 dial-up networking.

Is there anyone who has got Telix to handle a telnet session correctly?
