I was looking to post a "shareware" but preferably "freeware" QWK reader
made for windows (specifically windows/not DOS ported to Windows) for users
to download and use.

There are "dozens" of packages out there!  "I" use one that comes with
Procomm Plus for Windows and it's fantastic.  However, you have to buy
Procomm to use it.

What would YOU recommend that I post and where would I obtain a copy for
users to download?
