It's not entirely clear to me what you mean. Are you talking about the "Personal" area? This is actually not sorted at all, though due to the way packets are created, it normally _appears_ to be sorted in just the way you describe (actually by message number rather than date, but these are usually close to the same order). Otherwise, general messages are separated by conference, and each conference can be sorted by subject, from, to, or number. There's no sorting by date per se, but again, by-number is close. ....
